Returns Policy

• Applicable only on damaged/missing/wrong products delivered.
• Notify Truefarm Foods about the issue within 5 days from the delivery date via email to viral@truefarmfoods.com.
• In the email, include the order number, image of the invoice, 1 outer box image, and 2 clear images of the damaged product.
• For multiple item shipments, only the affected product can be returned and replaced.
• Truefarm Foods will promptly re-send and replace the product(s) and work towards providing an amicable solution.

In case of Exchange:

• Products will be picked up within 3-4 working days after raising the exchange request.
• Product exchange is subject to stock availability.

In case of Return:

• After raising the return request, you will receive a refund to your Bank Account within 5-6 working days.
