Refund & Exchange Policy

We want your Truefarm experience to be simple and worry-free. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Easy, Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are applicable only in cases of:

  • Damaged products
  • Missing products
  • Incorrect products delivered

Please notify Truefarm Foods within 5 days of delivery by emailing support@truefarmfoods.com.

To help us process your request faster, please include:

  • Order number
  • Image of the invoice
  • 1 image of the outer box
  • 2 clear images of the affected product

For shipments containing multiple items, only the affected product(s) will be eligible for return or replacement.

Once verified, Truefarm Foods will arrange a replacement or work towards a fair and prompt resolution.

Exchanges

  • Exchange pickups will be arranged within 3–4 working days of raising the request.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Returns & Refunds

  • Once your return request is approved, refunds will be processed to your original bank account within 5–6 working days.
